About Payment Routebook

Payment Routebook helps a reader answer a narrow question: which payment route fits the situation in front of me, and what should I check before using it?

What the publication adds

Official payment pages explain their services. Our work compares the decisions around them: whether access to account detail matters, when assisted service is worth investigating, and why an uncertain payment attempt needs a different next step from a new payment.

The homepage route selector uses non-sensitive preferences and gives a suggested next reading step. It cannot see an account, determine a balance, accept money or guarantee a payment outcome.

Evidence and limits

We use public Metro by T-Mobile pages for the limited operational facts identified in each source note. Fictional scenarios explain our reasoning without implying a real customer outcome. A review date means public sources were checked, not that a transaction was completed.
